Returns
We accept returns with original tags and packaging within 30 days of date of delivery.
Customer pays for return shipping. You may purchase a pre-paid label or ship with your own carrier.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the product was delivered to your location. This timeframe is based on delivery date, not pick-up date or the date the package was opened.
Refunds and gift cards will be given once items have been received.
Damages and Issues
We take pride in our brand. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@amaryacademy.com if the item is defective or damaged. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If we confirm a defect or damage caused by us, we’ll evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not cover damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items, special orders, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable.
