Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to create and prepare your order for shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – Rates calculated at checkout (free on orders over $30)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – Rates calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days – Rates calculated at checkout
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You’ll see the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@amaryacademy.com to inquire about availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you don’t receive this email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@amaryacademy.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you! If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@amaryacademy.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. We will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be shouldered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery at hello@amaryacademy.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are determined by your local customs office.
